COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, we are currently running all of our tours but with the greatest attention and adherence to the local laws and restrictions and all of our equipment is sanitized regularly. On Kilimanjaro treks, the mess tent is sanitized prior to each meal. The toilet tent is sanitized several times per day and there is additional sanitizing equipment in the tent for our guests to use at their discretion.

For our safari tours, all of our 4×4 vehicles are sanitized every morning and evening. There is also hand sanitizer in the vehicle provided for guests to use. All guests will be required to use the provided hand sanitizer throughout their tour. Until further notice, all guests will be required to wear face (surgical) masks, when social distancing of more than 6 feet is not possible. If your booked dates can’t be changed, you have the option to switch to a different tour that accommodates your schedule.

CHANGE BOOKING DATES

We understand that plans change. That’s why we offer flexible booking so that you can have peace of mind knowing that you’re not locked in when you choose to book with Roam Wild Adventure. You can change your booking date up until 30 days before the start of your trip with no change fees.

TRIP CREDIT

We also offer the option to receive a trip credit. Any deposit or payments you have made can be applied toward a future booking.
